cancel MusicSocket's various subscription services. All our
subscriptions can be cancelled automatically online by following the
instructions below. No cancellation requests can be accepted by email.
MusicSocket runs THREE main types
of subscription services:
Free subscriptions to our email
newsletter, fmn;
InstantAlert emails, which come
as an optional part of the paid subscription service;
Paid subscriptions which allow access
to the restricted areas of the site.
Make sure you read ALL
the instructions below carefully before deciding
which one(s) address your needs, as no refund or
subscription reinstatement can be made as a result
of any incorrect actions you undertake.
Free
subscriptions to fmn
Subscriptions to our monthly email
newsletter are free. You can subscribe and unsubscribe however many
email addresses you like automatically and instantly at www.musicsocket.com/newsletter.
Remember: cancelling your subscription to fmn will not
affect any paid subscription you may have.
InstantAlert
subscriptions
Subscriptions
to InstantAlert services are optional email services available to
paying subscribers, notifying of daily updates to databases by email.
You need to be logged in to access this
page. Your username for logging in is your entire email address, capitalised in the way that you entered it on our system. If you
are unsure about your username or password consult our Login
Assistant at https://www.musicsocket.com/subscribe/login_help/login_assistant.cgi
to retrieve them.
Paid
/ Free Trial subscriptions
Paid / Free Trial subscriptions enable users to access
the restricted areas of the site. They may be cancelled at any time, but
access to the site is lost as soon as they are cancelled. Do not cancel
a paid / free trial subscription unless you are sure you no longer want to access the
site and no longer need to receive InstantAlert emails.
Remember that you can stop all emails by
following the instructions above. You do not need to cancel your paid /
free trial subscription.
