A Lagos city based label that services musicians through a unique blend of digital distribution models, social media strategies, direct artist-to-fan connections, internet, and media promotional strategies. We provide musicians with internet, digital and media presence in order to facilitate and restore the self-expression and authenticity of independent music in Nigeria and Africa basically. Our main and only objective is to help promote the artistic independence of musicians in Nigeria and Africa generally while making our name synonymous with the re-emergence of music theory.
Supports the public interests of musicians, producers, sound engineers, DJ’s and leading vocalist online and media, by providing them and clients a more convenient way to connect and interact.
The services we provide is unlike any other, being as diverse as possible and giving a whole new meaning to the word ‘experimental’. In recent time it has been increasingly necessary for a label to try to be different, in order to carry diverse music and method, into the new century and beyond. Therefore, is creating the foundations for the future, a future that looks very intense indeed. The label was set up by Phil, who eventually based his office in Lagos, Nigeria. A city you would immediately link to the sound of diverse kind of music, but one where the people have a relatively open mind when it comes to music. Phil had known he wanted to get deeply involved in the music business and so started off doing production engineer for kudos muzik and Dg multimedia respectively. He set up his own label.
If were to become a major digital musical force in Nigeria and Africa, it was obvious that would need to work and sign more artists to the label.
